Billing, Pro and the founding list
Short version: everything in cubrs is free today, and there is nothing to buy yet. Here is what that means and what is planned. The pricing page always has the current picture.
What is free
Every account gets every feature that exists today:
- The guided first solve and notation lessons
- The hands-free timer with cube-clock accuracy
- CFOP splits on every solve
- Cloud sync, with no history limit
- The full trainer: 365 cases across 7 methods, with per-case stats
- The reset-to-solved guide and one-shot solver
- Friends and leaderboards, as they open
What Pro is
Pro is a planned paid plan for deeper training and analytics. It is not on sale, and nothing in the app is locked behind it today. What goes in Pro is not final; we will publish the full list on the pricing page before billing opens.
What Pro will cost
The planned price is $3.99 a month or $29 a year. It becomes final when billing opens.
The founding list
The founding list is an email list. Join it and we’ll email you when billing opens, with the founding-member offer. That is the only email it sends. Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
No ads
There are no ads in cubrs, and we don’t sell your data.
Accounts and deletion
The web app needs a free account, so your solves and training follow you from computer to computer. The keyboard demo runs without one. Deleting your account removes your profile, solve and training data, cube registry, friends and leaderboard entries, and it can’t be undone. See accounts and sync for the details.
